Originally conceptualized in 2022, the Solutions Center began semi-operations in 2024 and is now fully operational with the recent addition of the state-of-the-art FlexiBowl feeding system.

This advanced Solutions Center embodies Tessy Automation’s commitment to delivering innovative, custom automation solutions by providing a collaborative environment for engineers to design, prototype, and test automation systems. Equipped with the latest in robotics, flexible feeding systems, 3D printing, and programmable logic controllers (PLC), the Solutions Center enables rapid prototyping and integration, significantly reducing development timelines and costs.

  • Vision-Guided Robotics: Featuring an Epson GX4 SCARA robot and Keyence VS-Series AI-powered camera for high-speed inspections, color detection, and flexible feeding.
  • Flexible Feeding Systems: Includes the ARS FB500 flexible feeder with integrated vision and a bulk feeder hopper to handle diverse part geometries and materials.
  • 3D Printing: Allows same-day prototyping for robotic end-of-arm tooling (EOAT), nests, and brackets with a 10″x10″x10″ build volume.
  • PLC Testing Station: Features compact and control Logix processors, remote input/output modules, and servo drives for seamless integration testing.
